IMPORTANT NOTICE : HILLIER GARDEN CENTRE IS CLOSED AND THEREFORE IT IS WITH REGRET WE ADVISE OUR SHOW CENTRE, POOL STORE AND OFFICES HAVE HAD TO CLOSE TOO. March 25th 2020 - 12:00hrs Dear Customers. UPDATE : WATER TREATMENT PRODUCTS DELIVERY SERVICE. We are unfortunately still in a position where our pool store is closed and we cannot offer on site support . However, in recognition of the fact pool and hot tub water should be treated so as the water is safe, we will do our best to supply water treatment products and accesories to you. Our aim is to deliver your requirements to you personally on designated days next week. All deliveries will strictly be dropped off at the front gates/entrance of customers properties with absolutely no contact or interaction. Therefore should you require any product please do as follows : 1 - Email you requirements to home@poolboy.co.uk by 20:00 on Sunday of each week. 2 - Please advise a contact number you can be reached on Monday. 3 - We will then pick the goods (subject to availability) on the Monday and call you for payment by debit / credit card. 4 - When we call we will advise which day we will be delivering to you. Please note this service is for deliveries within a 20 mile radius of Horsham only and will of course be subject to any further restrictions which may be placed on us by the government. Minimum order value of £75.00 required. Free delivery. We hope this service will be of assistance to you.

Where we are unable to resolve your complaint using our own complaints procedure , as a Which? Trusted Trader we use Dispute Resolution Ombudsman for dispute resolution. In the unlikely event that we cannot remedy your complaint to your satisfaction you may wish to refer your complaint to them. If you wish to do so please contact Which?
